Cosmopolitan [General]
      You have spent a lot of time mingling with people and understand how they work.
      Benefit: You receive a +2 circumstance bonus to Bluff and Sense Motive.

Educated [General]
      You were schooled at a fine university or otherwise learned in all manner of book knowledge.
     Prerequisite: Intelligence of 10
     Benefit: All Knowledge, and science skills, as well as engineering become class skills for the character. In addition the character gains 4 skill points when the feat is taken, and 1 extra point each time a new level is gained. Note that these skill points must be spent on knowledge or science skills.
     Special: Can only be taken at first level during character creation, or after spending at least two years worth of time in a university, according to DM discretion.

Master Builder [General]
      You are gifted with excellent builder and with good machining tools you can create exceptional technological goods.
      Prerequisite: A build/repair skill.
      Benefit: Choose one build/repair skill that you have at least one rank in, you gain a +2 bonus to all skill checks with that build/repair skill.
      Special: You may take this feat more then once, each time it applies to another build/repair skill.

Warrior From Birth [General]
      You have been a natural fighter since you were a child. Whether it is with a sword, or a pistol, you are a master combatant, training all your life.
      Benefit: Choose either Melee or Ranged attacks; you receive a +1 bonus to that form of combat.
      Special: Must be taken at first level, and can be taken twice allowing you to have a bonus to both melee and ranged.
